Ms. Neetika Singh co-established ISYAK LLC to connect customers with suitable and innovative IT solutions. Neetika has over two decades of progressive experience supporting all aspects of information technology with expertise in large-scale project management, IT implementation, operations, and maintenance, and interfacing and coordinating with customers. She has over 11 years of experience supporting Oracle, PeopleSoft Financials, Enterprise applications, and SCM Modules for various federal agencies. She is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Certified Scrum Master, and Peoplesoft Certified expert with training in ITIL v4 Foundation.

Dr. Mandeep Sarkaria co-established ISYAK LLC., an award-winning professional services and technology solutions firm founded in 2003. Dr. Sarkaria began her Information Technology career with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) where she worked on the design and implementation of an Electronic Health Record. Dr. Sarkaria has excellent management and technical capabilities with deep knowledge of DoD technical and business environments. In addition to holding Doctoral and master’s degrees, she is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Dr. Sunny Singh is a founding member and is a part of the ISYAK LLC.’ executive team. He is a key decision maker in the management, architecture and development of numerous client/server applications, as well as web-based applications, including medical data records. He oversees sales and business development, commercial cloud product development, financial, legal and regulatory affairs, human resources, marketing, security policy, and communications. As an industry innovator and results-driven entrepreneur, Dr. Singh has built an award-winning business that engineers and delivers technical, problem solving solutions while fostering lasting partnerships with industry leaders. Dr. Singh has excellent management and technical capabilities with deep knowledge of DoD technical and organizational environments. In addition to his Doctoral and Master’s degrees, he holds a Secret clearance, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, holds an ITIL certification and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
